Prices
School holidays (April, October and bank holidays):
€110 per night
July / August:
€130 per night
Outside of school holidays (May, June, September, October):
€100 per night
Between 7 and 28 days:
10% discount on your stay
Payment terms
Tourist tax:
The tourist tax is payable by the tenant according to the regulations in force.
Amount: ………… € / person / night
Exemptions include: minors (under 18 years of age) and other cases provided for by law.
Reservation and deposit:
The reservation becomes effective after:
signing the contract
payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
The balance is due 15 days before the arrival date.
Security deposit:
The tenant pays a security deposit of: €500.
This deposit will be returned within a maximum of 14 days after departure, less any damage or omissions (cleaning, breakage, missing linen, etc.).
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation by the tenant
If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival: deposit refunded.
If cancellation occurs between 30 days and 15 days before arrival: deposit retained by the landlord.
If cancelled less than 15 days before arrival: the stay remains due unless relocation is arranged.
Cancellation by the landlord
In the event of cancellation by the landlord, all sums paid will be refunded to the tenant.
